After a several weeks of travelling and conferences it has been one of those weeks full of catching up. I don’t know that I feel caught up but the backlog is perhaps not quite what it once was. Hopefully next week will be better balanced.
Tuesday this week we had, with people from across Sweden and northern Europe, a great conversation with Glen Scrivener from Speak Life and I’ll hopefully share that video with you in due course.
I’ve recovered from my cold but successfully passed it onto my daughter as happens within families. However, my freedom has meant a good return to running and now I’m a taper week before my half-marathon on the 20th of this month. Hoping the cooler conditions and the extra training will show up in the finish time.
