Today is Midsummer, so if you’re in Sweden, Glad Midsommar till dig! The biggest and most important Swedish celebration of the year is here where Swedes drink too much, commune with nature and lots of women end up pregnant. No really.
In family news, my Dad left the ICU for the first time in more than 5 weeks. He’s still in hospital just not the ICU. We maybe still a few weeks away him being discharged.
So last week I *ran* the 33km Ecotrail Stockholm. I say ran because a lot of it was on unrunnable single track and occasionally pointless diversions over rocks, trees, and goodness knows what. I reckon a good chunk of the time I spent not running, which is not the sort of running race I want to pay good money for. Anyway, it was hot, I once again turned into a human salt stick and am again experimenting with salt tablets.
I haven’t seen a film for a bit which I may correct soon, but I’ve been enjoying the most recent season of Welcome to Wrexham, Tracker, Clarkson’s Farm 3 and we’ve just started in on the latest season of American Ninja Warrior.

Demons will cause evangelicals of all sorts sleepless nights because, being evangelicals, they believe that when the Bible says Jesus cast out demons then that actually was what He was doing. They will look at the Pentecostals and wonder they see so many demons everywhere. However they should also ask themselves why they see no demons at all and wonder where did all the demons go?
