There’s something about the Swedish yearly rhythm, i.e. doing next to nothing between May-August, that really does load up the autumn season. It just feels like everything is happening all at once, everywhere.

In national news, Sweden voted for, well it’s not entirely clear what. If they voted for change it’s not obvious what change they voted for or who they would like to lead that change or indeed what change they would like to see. My take is that Sweden is essentially a centrist nation without any good centrist leaders.
