When I lived in the UK I had very little to do with Muslims and only passing interest in topics to do with Islam. There were very few Muslims in our town and probably zero in the area I was church planting. Now life is very different, we have Muslim neighbours, friends and colleagues. We’re learning but not always remembering to check for gelatine in sweets for friends of our kids, we’re learning how to interact and graciously and thoughtfully engage with our Muslim friends. As a result I notice more often and bookmark more regularly posts and articles connected with Islam in Europe, Sweden and the connection with church.
