Earlier this year I came across the mythicists. Atheists who think it’s more likely Jesus never existed than that he did. I wrote

Only this time it’s not Dawkins it’s Steven Pinker.

The comments from the atheists on the thread are similarly disheartening as they consider all ‘evidence’ thin without stopping to think things through about what this does to our history books if they applied the same criteria to almost every other ancient historical figure.
