I miss running. I haven’t been able to run for a week. I’ve barely been outside for a week. This is all about running, so if running and the sheer insanity of it is not your thing….move along now, nothing to see here. At the weekend Eliud Kipchoge ran a marathon in an incredible 2:00:25 and going faster will still take some doing. Which is 422 consecutive 100m sprints each completed in 17 seconds. On Sunday 25th April I’m running in the London Marathon for the second time. Last year I ran it in 4hrs 47 minutes and I’m hoping to beat that time by some distance. We shall see.
